THE BEGINNING

Founded on a
Single Vision

In 1999, Ali Roshan arrived in Bangkok with a clear purpose: to create dining experiences that honoured the rich culinary traditions of South Asia and the Middle East — without compromise on quality, authenticity, or Halal integrity.

What began as a single outlet has since grown into a portfolio of nine restaurants and kiosks, spanning two of Bangkok's most-visited shopping destinations: MBK Center and Platinum Fashion Mall.

25 Years of
Growth

1999

Ali Roshan establishes the group in Bangkok with a founding vision to bring authentic Halal cuisine to Thailand's capital.

2005

First expansion into MBK Center — one of Bangkok's most iconic shopping destinations — with multiple outlets across floors.

2013

Introduction of specialised concepts including Biryani Bonus and Chai Kadak, broadening the group's culinary footprint.

2018+

Expansion to Platinum Fashion Mall and continued growth, now operating 9+ outlets across Bangkok's most-visited locations.
